Description: Doune the Rabbit Hole is a music festival in the glorious ancient oak trees of the Stirlingshire countryside in Scotland. It returns this summer with an impressive line-up of global acts, national treasures and emerging local talent.
The intimate and independent music and arts festival sees the likes of Teenage Fanclub, Belle and Sebastian, Amy McDonald, Patti Smith and Band, John Cale, 808 State, Sleaford Mods, Hurray for the Riff Raff and many many others take to the stage.
There will be fun workshops for everyone, a huge children’s area, arts, crafts and delicious local food and drinks.
Type of Work: The tasks will involve working on the actual physical construction and deconstruction of the event – this could be painting signs, constructing stages, marking campsites, building roads, erecting marquees, creating car parks, catering and much more. Induction and training will be provided on site. This induction will include an introduction about the ethics of the organisation and an overview of the plan for the event. Health and safety induction will also be provided.
Volunteering is throughout the whole day on site with good breaks for lunch etc. Volunteers will not be working throughout the festival so this is a time to enjoy the music and community at the festival, making the most of the beautiful event!

Laundry will not be available but toilets and showers are provided for all volunteers. Three meals per day will be provided by the Festival, tea, coffee, juice and, of course, drinking water will be readily available at all times.
