Why Register?

You may consult the list of available workcamps at anytime, whether or not you register. If you register, when you login you will see only the camps that suit you personally and you will be able to create a selection of the ones you are interested in. You must register and login if you wish to submit an application on-line.

The information you provide in order to apply must be written in English unless otherwise it is mentioned in the workcamp description.

Personal data

Your email address is used as your login name and to send you a registration confirmation token. Your name and surname will be used if you are contacted by your national branch or regional group to offer help and support. Your gender and date of birth are used to avoid selection of camps for which you are ineligible.

If you go on to complete an application you will be asked for further personal information needed to complete the application process, such as postal address and telephone number.

If you complete an on-line application the personal data that you supply is sent by email or fax to the SCI or Partner Branches responsible for the camps to which you have applied.

You may ask to have your personal data and login account removed at any time, although if you have attended a workcamp we will retain nationality, gender and age data for statistical purposes. All other personal data will be deleted.
